Yes dear, what  u hear is right, hardwork always paysoff. Hardwork is nothing but the work or you can say that a force may be internal or external or may be combined towards achieving your goals or something that you want to achieve in your life.
but, there is a common error with lots of people also with me that is if i go for hardwork it will pay me or not or how much longer it will took, so here i would like to recommend those all the peoples that u need not to worry about this, the thing is that what u want to achieve please be focus and work hard on that be concentrate the one thing never be forget that is way of hardwork, u have to work in a right way in a proper manner neither longer nor shorter. Hardwork doesn't mean that u will be going for break the stones or something else.

• Being a professional doing their work in best and professional way as well as honestly hardwork is to be all of these.
• Being a professor hardwork is to be paying attention on their students and find out their problems as well solutions too.

Sometimes we do hardwork but after a certain period of time we may loose hope and commit to give up but that's not be acceptable i would line to mention a quote regarding this.
